FAQs

How can I register for a race?

Each organizer uses the M-CHRONO platform. You will find the registration links in the race list with the registration dates.

It is important to complete your information correctly such as:
- SURNAME and FIRST NAME (without reversing them in the boxes, otherwise this may cause problems with your results.
- Riding group (the name of your group to ride together and help us make a nice startlist if you don't want to ride in the top 100)
- Do you want to ride in the top 100 (If you have the level of course)
- Type of bike you use

Is your event for people of all ages ?

To register for a Belgian Enduro Cup race, you must be at least 15 years old. The age limit stops at your own limit ;-)

What is your refund policy ?

Each organizer applies its own refund policy but in general, no refund will be possible within 15 days before the race. However, you will have the possibility of reselling your place to another participant.

When is the deadline to register ?

Each organizer sets the registration limit. Generally, it's best not to delay registering! Registration closes 1 to 2 weeks before the race, depending on the organizers' constraints.

How to obtain a license and why?

Do you need a medical certificate to participate in a race ?

Yes, if you don't have a license. You will be asked for a certificate authorizing you to practice sports in competition.

I can't register, can you help me? 

We do not manage any registration unless it is on our site. You must therefore contact the race registration site.

Why do I have to pay €5 in insurance when I'm made redundant?

We have a royal decree in Belgium that requires us to request insurance for licensees abroad.

How is the youth race going on the YPEC?

Children participating in the YPEC will be supervised by mountain bike instructors, and the courses will be adapted to their age to ensure their safety. The number of special stages also varies. However, each parent is responsible for their child's participation in the competition.
